DESCRIPTION:Roundtable is a district monthly meeting typically held the first Thursday of the month at Sampson Elementary School (16002 Coles Crossing Dr. N\, Cypress\, TX 77429) to help unit leaders plan and carry out their own program. Roundtable is a form of supplemental training for volunteers. \n  \nObjective: The objective of roundtable is to give leaders program ideas\, information on events and training opportunities\, and an opportunity to share experiences and enjoy fun and fellowship with other Scouting leaders. As a result of the roundtable experience\, unit leaders will be inspired\, motivated\, informed\, and able to provide a stronger program for their Scouts. \nAudience: unit leaders (Cubmasters\, Scoutmasters)\, den leaders\, assistant Scoutmasters\, merit badge counselors\, camping chairs\, volunteers that work directly with Scouts or are involved with planning activities and events for their unit. \nAgenda: district and council announcements\, program planning (pack and den meetings\, troop and patrol meetings)\, training\, networking and collaboration.

DESCRIPTION:Race day is here!\n  \nWe will start racing at 9am SHARP\, so do not be late. \nCategory judging will start at 8:30 and end at 9 am. \nAll scouts get to vote for fastest looking car and coolest looking car. \nWe will have races for Lions 🦁 and Tigers 🐯\, Wolves 🐺\, Bears 🐻\, Webelos 🚙\, and outlaw categories. \nNEW THIS YEAR: Scouts in troop will have their very own outlaw division! \nAs usual\, we will have a siblings category\, for children under troop age who are not in the pack\, and an adult category for parents and leadership. \n  \nLocation will be announced later\, so please sign up for email updates via scoutbook!
